Care
Treat your piece with love, and it will stay beautiful for a long time. Our stainless steel is strong and made for everyday wear, but we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals to keep its shine Natural gemstones are delicate and unique. Handle them with care and store your piece in a dry, safe place when not in use.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We carefully pack each order with love and intention, ready to be gifted or kept close to you. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you’ll always receive a tracking update once your order is on its way.
Returns
We hope you love your UCHU piece, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
